A vibrant student housing and mixed‑use tower in the heart of downtown Austin, adjacent to the University of Texas campus. Featuring rooftop terraces with UT Tower views, custom art guitar sculptures, fitness centers with branded "At the Dobie" graphics, billiards rooms, pool decks, dynamic lounges with vertical green walls and reclaimed wood accents, and retail at street level.
